Form5472 ("we," "us," or "our") provides a digital tax filing service that helps non-resident US LLC owners prepare and file IRS Form 5472 and Pro Forma 1120. Because our service delivers a digital product, our refund policy reflects the nature of that delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on form5472.io, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to receive a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date; and
  • You have not yet generated or downloaded your completed IRS Form 5472 and/or Pro Forma 1120 documents.

Once your completed tax forms have been generated or downloaded, the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued. This policy exists because the core deliverable — your prepared tax documents — has been provided to you at that point.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please send an email to support@form5472.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information in your message:

  • The email address associated with your Form5472 account
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • The date of your purchase
  • A brief reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed on our end.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Forms have been generated or downloaded. Once your completed IRS Form 5472 and/or Pro Forma 1120 has been generated or downloaded through our platform, the service is considered delivered in full.
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase. Requests submitted after the 14-day window has elapsed are not eligible for a refund.
  • Forms have been filed with the IRS. If you have already submitted the generated forms to the IRS, a refund cannot be issued.
  • Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally purchased more than one plan, please contact us at support@form5472.io — we will work with you to apply a credit toward a future purchase rather than issuing a cash refund.

6. Partial Refunds

In special or extenuating circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation warrants consideration for a partial refund, please reach out to support@form5472.io with a description of your circumstances and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using our service — such as an inability to enter your information, generate your forms, or download your documents — please contact us immediately at support@form5472.io.

We will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the technical problem to your satisfaction, we will provide a full refund regardless of whether forms have been partially generated, provided the issue is verified on our end.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflecting when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of Form5472 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
